If like me, you have never used Access, like using computers as long as they do what you want when you want, find the language often used by IT experts unecessarily complicated, and don't much care how something works, as long as it does, buy this book now!In straightforward language it provides the absolute basics, enough to design and use a straightforward database, and the confidence to get started.Ok, so it only scratches the surface of what Access is capable of, but then it doesn't pretend to be anything other than an introduction. From the basis this book provides you can build your knowledge as you need to - perhaps even venturing into some of those text books you could build houses out of.
